🏢 About the company
The firm is a next-generation Blended Learning platform, designed to help organizations transform the way they deliver learning. More than just a traditional LMS or LXP, it offers a unique all-in-one solution:
A robust LMS to manage learning programs;
An intelligent LXP to engage learners and personalize content;
An integrated authoring tool to build custom training modules in-house.
The technology leverages data and AI to create truly adaptive learning experiences — tailoring content in real time to each learner’s needs. This allows learning leaders and C-level executives to track clear, measurable outcomes and finally bring true ROI to corporate training.
Thanks to the strategic acquisition of a company specializing in content personalization, the platform has become even more powerful and differentiated.
With strong momentum across Europe, the company is now accelerating its expansion in the UK. Joining the UK team means being part of a high-impact growth story, within a fast-paced, international, and product-focused environment.
🎯 Context & Opportunity
As part of the expansion in the UK, they are hiring an Account Executive to own and grow the Enterprise segment. This is a strategic role with direct impact: your mission will be to acquire new enterprise customers and help structure the go-to-market approach on large accounts. You will work closely with the UK Country Manager and be part of a growing London-based team
.
🧭 Core Mission
Based in the London office, you will manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — targeting large companies (typically thousands of employees) across the UK.
🚀 Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new enterprise leads via various channels: industry events, physical and online conferences, webinars, outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, etc.).
Conduct discovery meetings to understand business challenges and identify solutions aligned with client needs.
Deliver tailored product demos showcasing the full value of the company platform.
Build compelling proposals, lead commercial negotiations, and close deals.
Collaborate closely with the UK Sales team (SDR, fellow AEs, and Country Manager) to coordinate actions and share market insights.
👤 Ideal Candidate
Minimum 5 years of experience selling complex B2B SaaS solutions, ideally in an international environment.
Proven track record in consultative sales to senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
Comfortable managing long sales cycles and building relationships across large organizations.
Strong autonomy and professional maturity, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Interest in learning technology and strong product affinity — experience in LMS/LXP a plus.
Data-driven, with the ability to track key metrics and adapt your approach accordingly.
Sharp thinking, constructive mindset, and solution-focused approach.
A true “hunter” profile: highly proactive, execution-oriented, and hands-on.
Native or fluent English is a must.
👥 Reporting Line & Team
Reports directly to the UK Country Manager (who reports to the CEO/co-founder).
The UK team is based in London and currently includes 5 team members, with 2 additional hires in progress.
The Sales team includes: 1 SDR, 1 other UK AE, the Country Manager, and this new Enterprise AE role.
📌 Why This Role?
The UK Enterprise segment represents a strong untapped growth opportunity.
The company is scaling its team to capture this potential with a clear and structured go-to-market strategy.
This is a key position in a critical phase of international expansion — with significant autonomy and room to grow.
💡 Culture & What They Are Looking For
They value sharp, hands-on professionals who get things done.
The culture combines performance, humility, feedback, and continuous improvement.
You’ll thrive here if you’re a problem-solver, not just a problem-spotter.
You’ll be expected to prioritize, own your actions, and drive impact — with a strong sense of execution and accountability.
