Our mission at Les Nouvelles Recrues
We recruit you for who you are, not only for what's expected of you — and above all, we help you find THE role that fits YOU.
Today, we're recruiting an Partnerships Manager for our client, Chain of Events, the company behind the events where the people shaping technology actually meet — based in Paris.
Start date : ASAP
About the company
Chain of Events runs three summits, all in Paris, all within the same week:
Signal Week — the institutional summit for digital assets. Founded in 2019 as Paris Blockchain Week and elevated to Signal Week in 2026, it draws 10,000+ attendees from 100+ countries, roughly 70% of them C-suite. Its last edition convened 250+ banks and financial institutions, over $50T in assets under management, and 70 government officials and regulators — BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, BNY Mellon, Citi, the London Stock Exchange, ESMA and the European Commission among them. The thesis: TradFi and digital assets are no longer two industries but one financial system being rebuilt on shared rails.
RAISE Summit — the AI summit for decision-makers. Launched in 2024, it has grown from 2,000 to 9,000+ attendees across three editions (80%+ C-level, from 76 countries), with 350+ speakers spanning AI infrastructure, enterprise adoption, agentic systems, sovereignty and policy. The 2026 edition at the Carrousel du Louvre featured Mark Cuban, Yann LeCun and Nelson Griggs (Nasdaq), plus the Versailles AI Gala, the RAISE Hackathon and RAISE the STAKES (1,100+ startup applications in 2026).
MACHINA Summit — Europe's leading event dedicated to Physical AI: intelligence that acts on the real world through humanoids, industrial robotics, autonomous systems and next-generation human–machine interfaces. Its inaugural 2026 edition brought together the labs building humanoids and the enterprises deploying robotics at scale, with speakers from Google DeepMind, Boston Dynamics, NVIDIA, 1X, Apptronik and Agility Robotics. It's the fastest-moving brand in the portfolio, with the most white space ahead of it.
In July 2026, all three brands were acquired by Hyve Group, the global B2B events organiser behind Fintech Meetup, HLTH and Shoptalk. In July 2027, they'll converge on the Palais des Congrès during the exact same week.
The stakes & what you'll own
You own the partnership portfolio for two of the three events — RAISE and MACHINA — from strategy to signature to on-site delivery.
The objective is singular: bring enterprise buyers and senior executives from large corporations into the room.
Partnerships are how we convene them — through the organisations that already hold those relationships: industry associations, corporate innovation and transformation programmes, consultancies and integrators, executive and peer networks, public bodies running international delegations. Media and investor partnerships matter, but they serve that same objective rather than being the objective.
RAISE and MACHINA don't share an ecosystem: the organisations that convene a CIO aren't the ones that convene a VP of Manufacturing. You build and own both. This is a single scope, not two half-jobs — and it's not an inbox-management role. You're accountable for who the partnership portfolio actually puts in the room.
Concretely, you'll:
Build the partnership map. For each event, work backwards from the audience we need in the room to the organisations that can bring them. Size the target list, prioritise it, own it.
Prospect, pitch and close. Full cycle, from cold outreach to signed contract — with heads of innovation, alliance directors, association leadership, cluster managers and institutional counterparts. Most of these deals are barter or hybrid rather than cash, which makes them harder to construct, not easier.
Turn signed partnerships into qualified attendance. A logo on a website isn't the outcome. You build and run the activation plan for every partner, and the measure is the seniority and company profile of the people they actually bring.
Build MACHINA's ecosystem from near-zero. RAISE has three editions of partner history; MACHINA has one. You decide what the robotics and industrial ecosystem around it looks like.
Deliver on site. Partner onboarding, briefing, activation coordination, delegation handling, and presence across the week in July. You're the point of contact when a partner has a problem at 8am on day one.
Own the numbers. Pipeline, conversion, attendance sourced per partner, renewal rate. You maintain them and you present them.
Growth & what's in it for you
A portfolio you genuinely own, with a measurable contribution to the audience and the P&L — not a support function.
MACHINA is close to a founding role: you shape an ecosystem rather than maintain one.
Direct access to the leadership team, and through Hyve to an international events platform and its partner networks.
A network that stays yours: the institutions, media and investors you convene are relationships you build in your own name.
Your future team
You'll work with direct access to the leadership team, and plug into Hyve's international events platform and partner networks. [à compléter : composition de l'équipe, rattachement, fonctionnement]
About you
3–5 years in partnerships or business development inside an international tech or B2B event — in a role where you were accountable for bringing an audience, not for servicing accounts someone else signed.
Experience with the kinds of partners that convene corporate audiences: associations, consultancies and integrators, corporate innovation programmes, public bodies, delegation programmes.
Comfortable opening a conversation cold with a senior stakeholder inside a large corporation, an industry association or an industrial group — and being taken seriously.
A feel for what a senior executive is actually buying when they give you two days of their calendar.
Able to construct a barter deal: understanding what you have to trade, what it's worth to the other side, and where the line is.
Genuine curiosity about AI and robotics. You don't need to be technical — you do need to build credibility fast in two ecosystems you may not know today.
Organised enough to run 100+ live partner relationships across two events without anything falling through.
Fluent English; French is a strong advantage. Additional European languages are a plus given the international delegation work.
Willing to work in an events cycle: long build-up phases, then a week in July that demands everything.
