Our mission at Les Nouvelles Recrues
We recruit you for who you are, not only for what's expected of you — and above all, we help you find THE role that fits YOU.
Today, we're recruiting an CRM Intern for our client, Chain of Events, the company behind the events where the people shaping technology actually meet — based in Paris.
(Internship or CDD or CDI) : EXACT DATE
About the company
Chain of Events runs three summits, all in Paris, all within the same week:
Signal Week — the institutional summit for digital assets. Founded in 2019 as Paris Blockchain Week and elevated to Signal Week in 2026, it draws 10,000+ attendees from 100+ countries, roughly 70% of them C-suite. Its last edition convened 250+ banks and financial institutions, over $50T in assets under management, and 70 government officials and regulators — BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, BNY Mellon, Citi, the London Stock Exchange, ESMA and the European Commission among them. The thesis: TradFi and digital assets are no longer two industries but one financial system being rebuilt on shared rails.
RAISE Summit — the AI summit for decision-makers. Launched in 2024, it has grown from 2,000 to 9,000+ attendees across three editions (80%+ C-level, from 76 countries), with 350+ speakers spanning AI infrastructure, enterprise adoption, agentic systems, sovereignty and policy. The 2026 edition at the Carrousel du Louvre featured Mark Cuban, Yann LeCun and Nelson Griggs (Nasdaq), plus the Versailles AI Gala, the RAISE Hackathon and RAISE the STAKES (1,100+ startup applications in 2026).
MACHINA Summit — Europe's leading event dedicated to Physical AI: intelligence that acts on the real world through humanoids, industrial robotics, autonomous systems and next-generation human–machine interfaces. Its inaugural 2026 edition brought together the labs building humanoids and the enterprises deploying robotics at scale, with speakers from Google DeepMind, Boston Dynamics, NVIDIA, 1X, Apptronik and Agility Robotics. It's the fastest-moving brand in the portfolio, with the most white space ahead of it.
In July 2026, all three brands were acquired by Hyve Group, the global B2B events organiser behind Fintech Meetup, HLTH and Shoptalk. In July 2027, they'll converge on the Palais des Congrès during the exact same week.
Role Overview
Chain of Events is looking for a CRM Intern to support the audience and email engine behind RAISE Summit, working closely with Marketing Lead of RAISE and MACHINA and reporting into the Snr. Marketing Manager for RAISE, alongside the wider CRM and delegate sales team. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who enjoys working with data, likes seeing the direct impact of their work on results, and is always looking for a smarter way to get things done - often with AI.
RAISE reaches a senior, highly segmented audience - from C-suite leaders and investors to founders, enterprise buyers, policymakers, and media - and every segment needs a different message. You'll help keep the database clean and well-structured, build the segments and lists behind each campaign, and support email and registration activity through the launch of the 2027 edition.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Segmentation
Maintain the quality of RAISE's contact and company data in HubSpot - cleaning, deduplicating, enriching, and standardising records.
Build and refresh audience segments and lists across RAISE's core audience groups for each campaign.
Support the preparation of datasets for delegate sales and telesales, prioritised by segment and opportunity.
Email & Campaign Support
Build, test, and schedule email campaigns in HubSpot, including personalisation and segmentation.
Support lifecycle and nurture flows for previous attendees, prospects, and lapsed buyers.
Help manage promo codes, registration data, and campaign tracking in collaboration with the delegate sales team.
AI & Automation
Use AI tools to speed up data clean-up, enrichment, research, and copy variants - and share what works.
Support the team in building simple automations between HubSpot, Monday.com, and other tools.
Reporting & Insight
Maintain dashboards and regular reports on database health, email performance, and ticket sales by segment.
Flag insights and anomalies in the data to help the team decide where to focus.
What You'll Bring
Experience & Knowledge
Currently studying (or recently graduated) in marketing, business, data, or a related field, and eligible for an internship agreement in France.
Comfortable with data: confident in Excel or Google Sheets (filters, lookups, pivot tables) and careful with detail.
Some exposure to a CRM or email platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, Brevo, Mailchimp, or similar) through study, a previous internship, or a project.
Clear written English, and an instinct for what makes an email worth opening.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and automation, and a willingness to experiment.
Working Style
Ambitious and eager to learn - you want to understand how data and campaigns drive results.
Organised and precise, and comfortable working at pace when campaigns go live.
Easy-going and approachable, happy to ask questions and take feedback.
Collaborative, working smoothly across marketing, sales, and the wider team.
A genuine interest in AI and technology.
Nice to Have
HubSpot Academy certifications (e.g. CRM or Marketing Hub fundamentals).
Experience with B2B events, ticketing platforms, or sales operations.
Familiarity with Monday.com or similar work-management tools.
French language skills.
