Today, we are recruiting for a "Sales Manager Swiss Market" position (M/F) for our client specializing in the design of workspaces in Paris.
Mission and values: Our client, based in Paris, supports various B2B players in the development of modular workspaces, 100% Made in France, designed with eco-friendly materials. They contribute to a meaningful project. Their values are humility, team spirit, and most importantly: a taste for challenge!
To develop the still emerging Swiss market, you will:
- Map the market to identify new partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from inbound to outbound.
- Enhance the companyâs presence and identify new business opportunities through trade shows and other strategic events.
- Work alongside the Head of Sales to improve sales processes related to your market.
Training and skills development:
You will receive a personalized 3-week training program: 1 week to learn the company's processes and familiarize yourself with the product, followed by 2 weeks to get comfortable in your role.
The position has the potential to evolve into managerial responsibilities, so itâs the perfect time to join the journey!Â
Your future team:Â
You will join the international team of the Sales department, consisting of about a dozen people, working directly with the Head of Sales.
You are the right fit if:
- You love sales, especially hunting.
- You speak German, as well as French and/or English.
- You have experience with both short and long sales cycles.
- You have experience in the Swiss market.
- You are adaptable and proactive.

Recruitment process:
- First interview with Clément L from Les Nouvelles Recrues.
- A second video call with the Head of Sales, including a practical case presentation for the final step.
- Finally, a feedback session on the practical case with the Founder, followed by a coffee, tea, or other non-alcoholic beverage with the team.
